Ishimael (also known as Ishmael) and Esav (aka Esau) both really got the shit end of the stick.

No wonder that children from other countries have been taught for the past 17,000 years (estimated lol) they we taught to seek the demise of the children of Yisrael!

Ishimael was Avraham’s (aka Abraham) first born son, through Sara’s handmaid, Hagar. 

Even though Sara willingly suggested it, Hagar and Ishimael were a source of strife to Abraham’s wife. Hagar and Ishimael were sent away, twice… out of the camp of Avraham and Sara, both with pain and strife attached.

Then the next generation:

It’s worse than sibling rivalry. Yitzchak (Isaac) and Yaakov (Jacob) were each blessed by their fathers, while Ishimael and Esav each lost their paternal blessings.

And for the ones spurned, to forgive, at long last please?

Yitzchak’s blessing to Yaakov (Jacob):

“Cursed be everyone who curseth thee, and blessed be everyone that blessed thee.”

(Genesis 27:28b)

Yitzchak’s blessing to Esav:

“Behold, of the fat places of the earth shall be thy dwelling, and the dew of heaven from above;

And by the sword shalt thou live, and thou shalt serve thy brother; and it shall come to pass when thou shalt break loose, that thou shalt shake his yoke from off thy neck.”

(Genesis 27:39b,40)

‘And Esav hated Yaakov because of the blessing wherewith his father blessed him. And Esav said in his heart: ‘Let the days of mourning for my father be at hand, then I shall slay my brother Yaakov.’’.

(Genesis 27:41)

NOW. THAT SAID,

That was like 17,000 years ago.

It’s not about religion.

Now, the children of Israel (so an ancient close-knit family in the Middle East), are taught to honor their Most High God, are taught to love not hate, and to forgive.

Perhaps your father didn’t teach you to forgive. I mean that in the most heart-felt, respectful way, and if that is the case, I’m so sorry and your anger is understandable.

This hatred has been written and taught to children since the time of the founding fathers.

Even ALLAH said to me:

“I don’t hate Jews. I just don’t like them!”

… Even ALLAH is a God of Love.

Isn’t it time for the leaders of the children of Israel (not the religion, but the family) to consider the veracity of the anger of their 500th cousins…

… and craft a formal apology from the seed of Yisrael’s founding father, to the founding fathers of their nearby nations, cousins?

What siblings don’t have fights?
