Matthew 7:21-27
21Not everyone who says to Me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22Many will say to Me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in Your name, and in Your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?’
23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you workers of lawlessness!’
24Therefore everyone who hears these words of Mine and acts on them is like a wise man who built his house on the rock. 25The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house; yet it did not fall, because its foundation was on the rock.
26But everyone who hears these words of Mine and does not act on them is like a foolish man who built his house on sand. 27The rain fell, the torrents raged, and the winds blew and beat against that house, and it fell—and great was its collapse!”
What does this mean?
Wouldn’t it be a tragedy if all who say “Lord, Lord,” and prophesy in His name, will be unpleasantly surprised that “The Lord” is not Jesus who was created by conquerors who rewrote history and created the Christian Bible, but instead Yeshua who was actually the “Warrior King Messiah”, who the Jewish people rallied behind, prophesied about from the original Hebrew Bible?
Matthew 23:13-24
13But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you shut up the kingdom of the heavens before men. For you neither enter, nor even do you allow those who are entering to go in.
15Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you traverse the sea and the dry land to make one convert, and whenever it may happen, you make him twofold more a son of Gehenna than yourselves.
16Woe to you, blind guides, those saying, ‘Whoever shall swear by the temple, it is nothing; but whoever shall swear by the gold of the temple is bound by his oath.’ 17Foolish and blind! For which is greater, the gold, or the temple having sanctified the gold? 18And you say, ‘Whoever shall swear by the altar, it is nothing; but whoever shall swear by the gift that is upon it is bound by his oath.’ 19Blind! For which is greater, the gift, or the altar sanctifying the gift? 20Therefore the one having sworn by the altar swears by it and by all things that are upon it. 21And the one having sworn by the temple swears by it and by the One dwelling in it. 22And the one having sworn by heaven swears by the throne of God and by the One sitting upon it.
23Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithes of mint and dill and cummin, and you have neglected the weightier things of the Law: justice and mercy and faithfulness. It behooved you to do these, and not to be leaving aside those. 24Blind guides—those straining out the gnat and swallowing the camel!
This means, think for yourselves people, don’t just do what your pastor tells you. Study for yourself, read it through, and again. Give more credence to the older, non-canonized Hebrew Bible, which was re-written and added to, by the conquerers, to create a new narrative!
Here, Paul, Roman-authorized writer of the New Testament, said:
Galatians 3:12-14
13Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us. For it is written: “Cursed is everyone who is hung on a tree.” 14He redeemed us in order that the blessing promised to Abraham would come to the Gentiles in Christ Jesus, so that by faith we might receive the promise of the Spirit.
12The law, however, is not based on faith; on the contrary, “The man who does these things will live by them.”
While the Laws in Exodus, Leviticus and and Numbers are antiquated, there was absolute wisdom to them back then, and even laws like Leviticus 18:22“You must not lie with a man as with a woman; that is an abomination.” were wise because one can understand how the practice of gay sex would understandably humiliate two whole families during the time and practice of arranged marriages, the 5th Commandment: Exodus 20:12″Honor your father and mother, so that your days may be long in the land that the LORD your God is giving you.”
God Himself told me that now as in an era of marrying for LOVE and choosing to be devoted to a single partner, God supports gay marriage.
What He doesn’t support is people not giving care to who they hurt by sleeping around, spreading diseases, knocking up single women indiscriminately, or breaking up marriages!
So yes, times DO change, and laws for each country must change, for the wise governance and protection of it’s people! The whole PURPOSE of His system of Laws, first given to the Children of Israel, was to spread an organized Rule of Law througout all the world.
The wisdom of having a system of Law prevails! Maybe Laws were not meant to redeem people, but to create a free society where people like widows, fatherless children, orphans, and foreigners can be protected by judges and walk in safety!
These same laws protect us from those same conquerors who threaten with death those who write against them! These conquerors believe laws are for them to govern with but not for them to live by.
